A busy executive running a $10 billion/year (Rs 50,000 crore/yr) Fortune 500 company that employed over 4000 people, Sri Nithya Sachitananda met Swamiji in Oklahoma City, USA. He, along with his wife, Ma Sachitananda and two daughters had lived in USA for the past 20 years. Being the Vice President of a Global Supply Chain, Sachitananda was pushing the business unit to transform itself. He traveled 80% of his time to visit global operations he was responsible for in Europe, Australia, Americas, and Africa.Soon after meeting Swamiji, Sachitananda quit his job and moved with his wife and 2 daughters to the Bidadi ashram in Bengaluru, India. A Chemical Engineer with a scientific bent of mind, Sachitananda says this was the best thing that happened to him and his family. Eager to help more and more people realize the beauty of the new life he leads he soon took over many of the responsibilities in the ashram and outside.Sri Nithya Sachitananda is also the international program co-ordinator and international personal secretary to Swamiji, traveling with Swamiji, arranging and organizing Swamiji's schedule worldwide. The only free time he gets is during the night after dinner, during which he does what is close to his heart - Making Youtube clips. He continues to also serve on the board of a couple of chemical companies where he counsels them in their business transsformation.Youtube has been one of the main mediums through which Swamiji's teachings have been reaching out to the world and bringing people to him from far away places. Eagerly awaited by its subscribers, over 500 youtube clips have already been uploaded on youtube and more is being added every week. Sachitananda single handedly watches each and every discourse of Swamiji, extracting portions of the clips that he thinks will help people who are tuned in. Today, thanks to You Tube, over 12,000 people per day from 120 countries are benefiting from Swamiji's discourses on You Tube.
